Group Lessons

​       

• Watford Singing reserves the right to add new students to the group who are a good fit in age and/or singing ability. 

• Class fees are non refundable, refunds will not be made for missed lessons

• Repeated disruptive behaviour may lead to a student being excluded from the group with no refund offered

• Insufficient practice, resulting in a student falling too far behind the rest of the group to actively participate in the lesson, may also result in lessons being terminated with no refund being offered or not being entered for the exam

• Lessons follow the school term system.  Lessons fees are £144 per term which is paid by 4 monthly direct debit payments of £36 per month
  
  Autumn Term payments are taken in September, October, November and December
  Spring Term payments are taken in January, February, March and April.
  Summer Term payments are taken in May, June, July and August
   

• Payment made by monthly direct debit and should not be cancelled until final payments of notice period is paid

•  It is company policy to take legal action to retrieve fees in arrears. Any wilful evasion of payment will be subject to legal proceedings and may incur legal fees.

• Watford Singing may provide a cover teacher if necessary. In such cases advance notice will be given via text or email. Students are expected to attend these lessons and the usual T&C’s apply.

• A minimum of half a terms notice should be given in writing to terminate lessons

• Students must arrive on time and be picked up on time. Please note we have very limited space for students to wait in and supervisation in the waiting area cannot be guarenteed.

 

One-to-One Lessons

• Regardless of circumstance including illness and travel disruption, 24 hour notice of cancellation for an arranged booking must be given or full fee will be chargeable

• Watford Singing may provide a cover teacher if necessary. In such cases advance notice will be given via text or email. Students are expected to attend these lessons and the usual T&C’s apply If a cover tutor is not available the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time

• Payment made by bank transfer, cheque or cash must be carried out and cleared in advance of the lesson

• An administration fee of £15 is payable for late payments and the student may lose any future lesson slot

• Students must arrive on time and be picked up on time. Please note we have very limited space for students to wait in
